Keeping it Simple

This group exercise class will teach simple, dynamic exercises using body weight and light resistance to improve strength and range of motion. Exercising does not have to be difficult in order to benefit from it!
Beginner fitness level

Gentle Chair Yoga

A slower paced class which offers the optional use of a chair for additional stability. Those wishing to practice on the mat will be offered standing variations of the poses others will practice seated with a restorative style, holding poses for longer periods of time, connecting with the breath and using props.
